How Does Alani Nu Pre-Workout Work?

• L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 @ 6 g 
• L-Citrulline Malate increases the body's nitric oxide (NO) levels. This improves blood flow, allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach the muscles, giving you the muscle PUMP!  More oxygenated blood in the muscle means more muscular endurance and power to exercise longer and gain more strength. 

• Beta-Alanine @ 1.6 g 
• Oh the tingle stuff! Well those tingles are flushing out lactic acid out of your muscles. Lactic acid is what builds up in your muscles during each rep that makes the next rep harder. So if your body can flush that out faster, you can do more reps, and do more sets with less rest time. Reducing lactic acid levels helps reduce muscle fatigue and increases recovery. Less fatigue allows you to break the muscle down further which means more muscle definition and size. Alani Nu puts the proper dose of this where you do not feel over tingled, but enough for optimal performance!

How To Take Pre-Workout:

1.  Take 20-30 minutes before working out. Yeah, we get it. Most of us intend on doing that and end up driving to the gym sipping on it.A lot of pre-workouts taste awful so that 10-12 ounces feels like a forever bottle..  But, they have came a long way since your dad's pre-workout and Alani Nu Taste GREAT and easy to chug down. Heck you may even not want to chug it and enjoy it because it tastes that great.
2. For the first couple times just try 1/2 a scoop to assess tolerance. This is completely ok and maybe less is more! (Taking a full scoop off the bat is only making you run out and re-order faster. So why would we even mention that if we were not trying to help?)
   
3. By the way, we typical mix a full scoop with 12ish ounces. If you don't have a shaker, it is about mid label on a water bottle:)
