Where's my order?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Texas warehouse. Tracking is sent to your email when the label prints. Need to find a missing tracking number? Email support and include your order number.
How does the 100-day guarantee work?
Try anything for up to 100 days. If you don't love it, send the rest back (even mostly-empty containers) for a full refund. No restocking fees. See the refund policy for the full details.
How is the SuppVault Score calculated?
Six dimensions: clinical dosing, label transparency, manufacturing, testing, inactive ingredients, value. The full algorithm + actual Python code is published on our scoring algorithm page.
Are your products NSF / Informed Sport tested?
Some are. We track which products carry which third-party certifications and tag them. See certifications for the full list and what each cert actually tests for.
Can I get free samples?
We don't run a sample program — we'd rather use the budget to keep prices low and the 100-day guarantee real. If you want to try something low-risk, sort by lowest $/serving in any category.
I think a score is wrong — what now?
Email us with the product, the dimension you think is off, and your reasoning. We re-audit and update if you're right. The algorithm is public; corrections are fastest when you can point to specific dose data or test results.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only. International is on the roadmap once we work through customs/duties for supplements (regulations vary wildly by country).
