100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every SVPPLEMENTS order is backed by our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 100 days from delivery to request a return or refund if the product is not right for you.

Opened Products Are Eligible
The point of the guarantee is that you can try the supplement before deciding. Opened products are eligible when the request is made inside the 100-day window and the return is not abuse of the policy. Empty containers are not treated as normal returns.

How to Start a Return
Email support@svpplements.com with your order number and the product you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted because we need the request tied to your order record.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@svpplements.com so we can make it right.

Refund Timing
After we approve and process your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, email support@svpplements.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
