In practical terms, this matters because glucuronidation is one of the body’s key elimination pathways for steroid hormones and other metabolites. The evidence base in humans is still limited, but the mechanism is well established, and at 350mg this is a meaningful inclusion rather than window dressing.

DIM at 150mg is one of the strongest pieces of the formula. That dose lands directly in the 100-200mg range most often used in human research and functional practice. DIM is best known for shifting estrogen metabolism away from the more proliferative 16-alpha-hydroxyestrone pathway and toward the more favorable 2-hydroxyestrone pathway. It also shows mild aromatase-modulating activity and interacts with the aryl hydrocarbon receptor. What users generally notice is less of a dramatic acute “feel” and more of a gradual change in how dry, balanced, and consistent they look and feel over time.

Indole-3-Carbinol at 150mg adds another layer, though this is the one place where dose context matters.
